Permits and regulations.

There are a number of documents that regulate activities in the area of the Port of Gothenburg.

The basis is the Bye-Laws for the Port of Gothenburg, adopted by the City Council and the County Administrative Board on 01/05/1995. In addition to the Bye-Laws, there are a number of policy documents adopted by the Port Authority. Contact Port Control if you have any doubts about rules and recommendations.
