The port of Gothenburg was founded in 1620, which means that in 2020 we celebrated 400 years! Of course, we have wanted to celebrate this with thunder and crashes, but at the same time we have had to adapt the celebration to this unusual year. Here you can see how we as a company have celebrated in 2020.

We ended the anniversary year with a quiz in our social channels where the first prize is an exclusive boat trip with m / s Hamnen.

In September, our anniversary book was published, filled with important historical influences from 1620-2020.

A number of printed matter was created such as posters, folders and roll-ups that highlight important events in the port's history. In addition to decorating our own office spaces, a package with these printed matter was sent to our partners within the port.

The head office received new signs and a new banner against the water. The new logo also appeared on our work vessel m / s Hamnen.

In connection with the anniversary event, this book was unveiled. A historical document that can be dated to April 1620 and where it appears that the plan is laid to build the port that is today the port of Gothenburg. The book can today be seen at the Gothenburg Port Authority head office, Amerikaskjulet.
